Kriya Yoga + Sound Bath

A sound bath is an immersive listening experience that can include bowls, gongs and chimes and more to create a meditative experience. The benefits include: improved sleep, decreased stress and anxiety, improved mood, improved focus and clarity, as well as increased mind-body connection.

Heart Space will provide yoga mats and participants are encouraged to bring their mats for added support along with blankets, bolsters or pillows. Aromatherapy will be offered.

Himalayan Kriya Yoga is an ancient, energy-based practice that uses breathwork, dynamic movements, mantra, and visualization to shift the body out of stress patterns and into a more spacious, balanced state. The practice is gentle yet potent—stimulating the subtle channels, activating the breath, and encouraging a felt sense of clarity, vitality, and grounding.

Expect to come, take up space in a relaxing setting while immersing yourself in a meditative experience.

Meet Liane of LMNO Yoga

My approach to yoga and sound is grounded in nervous system regulation and intentional practice.

After being diagnosed with a chronic pain disorder in my early twenties, I turned to yoga as a therapeutic foundation for healing. This led me to complete my 200-hour certification through The Yoga Center of Minneapolis, with focused training in breathwork and mindful movement.

I am currently completing advanced studies in Himalayan Kriya Yoga with Arctic Hive, expanding my work with subtle energy and meditative disciplines.

In recent years, I was introduced to sound baths, an experience that profoundly shifted my practice. The resonance of frequency and vibration opened a new dimension of awareness, inspiring me to expand my path as a sound facilitator and guide others into states of deep rest, balance, and reconnection.

Liane offers group Gentle Yoga and Sound Bath events; Specialty Yoga and Sound Workshops; as well as Private Events and Instruction.
